This recipe came from Carolyn Buccholz at Northside Christian Church. She brought them to a potluck dinner.

12 vanilla wafers
2 8 oz pkgs softened cream cheese
1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

Line muffin tins with foil cupcake papers. Place one vanilla wafer in each liner.

Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and mix well. Pour over wafers, filling ¾ full. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Remove from pans when cool. Top with fruit pie filling or chocolate.
