This came from Karen Larsen, years and years ago. Another easy enchilada pie, this one with ground beef and red sauce.

12 tortillas
1 lb ground beef, browned
1 small can black olives, sliced
1 lb grated cheese
chopped onion
Mix together:
1 large can enchilada sauce
1 small can tomato sauce

Layer tortillas, hamburger, onions, olives, cheese and sauce. Make 3 layers. Top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
