Choco-Hoto-Pots

I saw this recipe on the Oprah show, and even went out and bought ramekins because I wanted to try it out. They are definitely divine!

Butter for ramekins
¾ C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick (4 oz) unsalted butter
2 large eggs
¾ C sugar
3 T flour
1/2 C white chocolate chips

Place baking sheet in oven preheated to 400°. Butter four 2/3-cup ramekins and set aside.

Melt chocolate chips and butter; set aside to cool. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sugar and flour. Add cooled chocolate mixture and mix until blended. Fold in white chocolate chips. Divide mixture evenly in ramekins. Bake until tops are shiny and cracked and chocolate beneath is hot and gooey, about 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream if desired.
