Another quick and easy meal, this one from Leslie Kuest. The crock pot makes chicken so tender and juicy, that whenever I need chicken for other recipes, I precook it like this now.
Place 6-8 chicken breasts in crock pot. Sprinkle with 1 pkg Italian dressing mix. Cook on high for 3 hours. Melt together (on stove) 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1 – 8 oz package of cream cheese. Pour over chicken the last 45 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.
